What a beautiful thing to celebrate!

International Day of Yoga has been celebrated annually on June 21 since 2015 It is now recognized all around the world to help spread awareness about the importance and effects of health, well-being and balance of mind body and spirit through the ancient practice of Yoga.

To acknowledge and honor this day I invite you to join me in a complimentary relaxing, restorative and rejuvenative yoga class.

The class will be online so anyone is free to join. Open to all levels of experience.
