Cancellation Policy (Yoga Classes)

My Yoga venue holds limited spaces, and classes sell out. For this reason, I request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled class. This will allow me to offer your spot to another client. You may call on 0405 799 210 between the hours of 8am-6pm to cancel.Please note, I do not offer refunds. However, if you give at least 48 hours’ notice of your need to cancel, I will credit your payment toward another class However, if you do not cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

Cancellation Policy (Consultations and Treatments)

Your appointments and well-being is very important to me. I certainly understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
